The SLOT band is one of the brightest representatives of the Russian alternative scene, playing in the style of nu-metal and rapcore. Founded in 2002, the team quickly gained popularity thanks to its unique sound and energetic performances. The band's first tour covered more than 40 cities, and since then SLOT continues to delight fans with large-scale tours, sometimes continuing tours for more than a year in a row.
SLOT have repeatedly performed on the same stage with international rock stars, and their performance at the Russian Alternative Music Awards impressed even the leader of KOЯN, who compared the band to such legends as Evanescence and Linkin Park. SLOT's music often gets into rotation on Russian and foreign radio stations, which confirms their popularity and demand.
The band also actively participates in side projects. They created the musical "All About Cinderella" and wrote the soundtrack "Angel or Demon" for the series of the same name on STS. One of the recognizable elements of SLOT is female extreme vocals. For a long time, the soloist was Daria "Nuki" Stavrovich, whose vocals became the hallmark of the group. With her participation, the second album was re-recorded, which received an award as the best rock album. In 2024, Stavrovich left the group, which marked a new stage in the history of SLOT.
