"Bi-2" will expand the "event horizon" for the "Olympic"
The concert of the group "Bi-2" with the program "Event Horizon" will take place on October 27, 2018 at the Olympic Sports Complex.
The band released the album "Event Horizon" on September 29, 2017. The tour in support of the record started in October. During the first two months of the tour, Bi-2 played 15 sold-out concerts in Russian cities. The Moscow presentation of the album took place on November 25, 2017 at the VTB Ice Palace - this performance was named the "Best Concert of the Year" at the "Chart Dozen" music Award ceremony.
The show was attended by 12,000 spectators on November 25, but not all fans were able to get into the VTB Ice Palace, so Bi-2 will again present the Event Horizon in Moscow — now in the Olympic Stadium, which can accommodate more than 20,000 spectators. An updated set design and a new video sequence are being prepared especially for the new show, which will be broadcast on a unique rotating screen measuring 12x2.5 meters (a semicircle radius of 4 meters), designed and created specifically for the Event Horizon tour.
The special guest of the concert will be the American band Midnight Faces.
